How distribution works
The credit investor receives their credit cost back first. The remaining profit (or loss) is divided using the owner percentage entered for that sale.
Example: $75 sale − (12 × $3.50) = $33 profit. With a 50/50 split, owner and partner each earn $16.50 in profit. The investor additionally receives the $42 reimbursement.
Dashboard totals show allocations. The Payments tab separately tracks paid/unpaid status; CreditFlow does not process payments.
Records are shared through your Supabase project. Changes are refreshed periodically while this page is open.

Payment tracking
Track whether reimbursements and profit shares have actually been paid. Marking paid records the date; it does not transfer money.
Credit inventory
Purchases add inventory. Recorded sales deduct credits by exact service name. Existing sales are included, so enter enough starting inventory to cover historical usage. Inventory costs are tracked separately from sales reimbursements.
